WatchtowerData is a web-based competitor monitoring service that checks publicly accessible webpages for changes and notifies users via email. Features include change detection, diff views, product tracking, and a browser extension. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a 7-day free trial.
You agree to use WatchtowerData only for lawful purposes. You may not:
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. A valid credit card is required to start a free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
All payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or emergency fixes that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any losses caused by service interruptions.
WatchtowerData and all associated trademarks, logos, and content are the exclusive property of WatchtowerData. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WatchtowerData shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
